In this modern day, where customer service and customer satisfaction are so often ignored by suppliers, it has been truly refreshing to meet someone who is dedicated to going the extra few yards when fixing clients problems. Your knowledge and in-depth understanding of complex vehicle electronics was clear to see and through sheer determination and commitment you managed to solve a problem today in the Airbag System within my Mercedes that would have taken my local dealer hours and hours to diagnose and fix.

Hi Peter,
Just wanted to say thank you for showing me what to do with regards to replacing the rotary coupler on my wife’s car. After you left last Monday I called Renault and they quoted £84 for the replacement part. After recovering from the shock I sourced a second hand unit from thepartsgateway.co.uk which turned up on Friday - I have now fitted the coupler and all is working perfectly.
Your advice and professionalism really is appreciated and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else with a similar problem.

I was genuinely impressed by your sterling effort to get to me on a Sunday evening through London traffic. On Valentine’s day too!
It’s truly refreshing to find an auto-engineer who’ll happy explain the problem/cause in such an honest manner, and you clearly know your stuff. You’ve saved me at least £250 on the Alfa Romeo estimate, and probably a fair bit more when we factor in the time I’d have wasted getting the car to a dealer and being off the road.

Thanks for your help looking at my Mondeo and the advice you gave.
I ended up buying the ari flow meter as you suggested from Emission Controls and luckily as soon as I put it in the engine light went off immediately.
My girlfriend drove the car about 10 miles to work today and she said the light didnt come on at all.
Luckily it wasnt the wiring or ecu as you hinted it might be, but thanks for taking the trouble to do the work and to explain to me as well.
